I graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in 2004. Since joining the practice of law, I have enjoyed the opportunity to litigate numerous cases across Texas throughout various case types. I have tried civil cases for both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of legal practice, including car wrecks, medical negligence, first-party insurance cases, slip-and-fall injuries, business disputes, sexual harassment, eviction, and family law disputes.
As a Mediator
Beginning in 2020, I transitioned to being a full-time mediator. Since then, I have mediated over 1,500 cases (through 2024). The vast majority of my mediations deal with car wrecks and personal injury matters, however I frequently mediate other case types such as CPS claims, family law matters, employment disputes, contract disputes, and estate matters. I approach every mediation as an opportunity to evaluate risk for the parties involved and make a concerted effort to help the parties understand how a settlement could benefit their legal situation.
